Stay in the Yellow Cottage for only $150*
per night (two night minimum). Don't forget, the Yellow Cottage sleeps 6--a queen bedroom,
a twin bedroom and a queen futon. (Weekend nights are Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Weekdays are Monday through Thursday.)
Stay in our Blue Cottage for
$135 per night (two night minimum). The Blue Cottage sleeps 5 people--queen bedroom, twin sofa bed and
a queen futon. It's really cute!
Trailside
Units # 1 and #2 sleep 2-6 people with all the amenities of the other
cottages. Rate is $125* per night (with a two night minimum).
We require 1/2 of the total stay down
and we have a 14 day cancellation policy*. Should you cancel in fewer than 14 days
of your expected arrival, we will keep the deposit, charged to your Visa or MasterCard,
but we will apply it to another visit at a later date to be used within a
six month period.. Should
you have to cancel in 1-5 days prior to your arrival, you will forfeit the
deposit and it WILL NOT be applied to a future visit. All reservations must
be secured with a Visa or a MasterCard or a check for
half of the amount, sent AT LEAST 14 days prior to the visit.
*We require a two night minimum stay.
A cleaning fee of $25 will be added for a single night stay
during the week. No single-night stays on weekends
March through October.
Bristol Motor Speedway race weekends require a 3 night minimum stay
and all cottages are $150 per night.
The
cancellation policy for this weekend is 30 days
and deposits
are non-refundable. A 5% Damascus lodging
tax and 5% Virginia Sales Tax* are added to all stays.
These rates are guaranteed
through December 31, 2007. |
